Not a pleasant experience to say the least. My living room set is wonderful and the mattress quality is great. Ordering the furniture was a great fast process with a wonderful sales rep. The only complaint was I couldn’t place my delivery for 3 weeks out because they said it couldn’t sit in the warehouse that long. walk in the babcock store in Tuscaloosa to look at a dinner table today 3/14/2024.11:50 am. there was two sales people and no other customers in the store.. one of the sales people yelled how can I help you while sitting at a desk.. I replied just looking but no one ever got out of there seat to assist me.. so i’m headed to Ashley Furniture which is directly across the street.
Had a living room suit delivered today by Ty and KJ and they are two of the nicest delivery guys I've ever seen.They were really nice and courteous and got the job done thank you for sending me to Great delivery guys. I also found a entire livingroom suit at badcocks for under 1500.00 y'all are great. Highly recommended the employees are awesome.
Unprofessional and rude
Caroline helped us pick the perfect couch set for our needs. She was very knowledgeable about the products, features and warranty. Ty and KJ delivered our furniture. They were professional, polite, respectful, personable and a pleasure to meet. The service was exceptional from start to finish!
