if i could give them no stars i would they don’t stand behind there products we spent almost 10,000 in furniture and the couch we bought the frame broke we have the warranty and it’s obvious it is a manufacture defect and they will not fix it we don’t even want a new one just it fixed
Amazing experience at Badcock today in Lakeland. After leaving City Furniture and Ashley due to their used car sales approach I went to Badcock and Cathy greeted us at the door let us know she’d be there if we had any questions at all. And then left us to shop. I love to shop and talk with my friends about my day and the furniture our kids and the ugly things and the beautiful ones I’d like in my house.
