We bought a couch months ago, the ends started falling off, they send there service man to replace both mechanisms , here we area few months later and the same thing is happening again, there service man came out took pictures said wow that is bad, sad part we can't replace it for a couch that don't keep falling apart, all we can do is have the mechanisms replaced, until my warranty is up then we are stuck with a couch we paid hundreds of dollars for that the two ends that recline keep breaking, I just spoke to Ashley Corpor... read more

Love this store and furniture. The employees are awesome. Jackie went above for us to find what we were looking for. Everyone there is helpful and the delivery folks kudos to them . Took my old bed with them and set my new lift massage one up. Great place.

The salesperson was helpful and made my buying experience easy. As for delivery and set up the lady and gentleman were amazing and they were quick in getting it put up and together for me. I will be going there again for sure.

When I was at the store looking around, I was not pushed to buy. All my questions were answered. They took their time to show me several different selections. Respectful and friendly. Tjey employees that delivered my loveseat were very friendly, and respectful . I would recommend Hometown Furniture of Zephyrhills. Good quality and fair prices.
