I purchased a new bed base, mattress and frame from Badcock Furniture in Titusville on 10-28-2021 which was delivered on 11-18-2021 at a cost of nearly $2,600. The base was suppose to have multiple features, one of which is USB ports under the head of the bed base. On day one the USB ports did not work. I called and they said their tech people were not qualified to work on the base because they are a newer model.
