The Badcock Home Furniture in Palmetto ,FL .. I purchase a brand new bed and I only made one payment ... I purchased the insurance.... they came out three times and can not seem to get it right after looking at the piece that is broken..... the corporate customer service will do not do anything to correct this issue... the staff at the Palmetto Badcock is very unprofessional and will not return calls and keep a paying customer posted .. I do not recommend Badcock to anyone!!
