We bought 2 recliner lift chairs at $1,869.00 in June of 2020. One chair stop working to 10/1/2020 and I called the store about it. The manager was good to tell me that they could take care of it 2 ways. 1. They could have a repair man come out on the 28th. Which means not being able to recline at all, or have assistance getting up. 2. They could order another to replace it which would be sooner than the repair man could get here.
