I really hate to leave negative reviews but I'm thoroughly disappointed with this store and how they've handled the washer and recliner my grandmother bought less than 2 years ago. Not long after the merchandise was purchased, my grandmother's recliner started falling apart. When called, we were sent on a wild goose chase that resulted in having to keep the recliner with no replacement or help. Now we are dealing with a broke washer. I'm extremely excited about the purchase from badcock my experience is a great one but since a product is on back order I was hoping I could have been offered a replacement in the same category that was not on back order but great experience overall
