I would never get nothing use from this store no more. Guys brought the tv with out a box an two marks on the edge of the tv No instruction book it took a long time to setup. I told the Manager what happened and she believe her delivery guys vs me I never miss a payment smh.
If I could give them zero Stars I would. I purchased a bedroom suit from them almost 16 months ago but and they have been charging me for insurance that I never signed up for since I purchased the set. The customer service afforded to my mother, by a female "Manager" of Vivian was awful. My mother has been a long time customer of your store and was confused regarding a financial question. Upon further questioning Vivian, very rudely, snarky explained, with an " that's the way it is, what do you not understand" kind of attitude " walked away and proceeded to help someone else. Great customer service unless something goes wrong. I have been repeatedly stood up and talked down to as if I was an inconvenience. Continuity of customer service is lacking and communication is nonexistent. Iv been told to be available at my home on 6 separate occasions, that someone would call when they were on their way and no one shows up. The store in Inverness is run by a young man and his family . They are the best accommodating furniture store around.They will help you with all of your needs.
I have shopped at other furniture stores and will always return to this Badcock location. Atmosphere is casual and family friendly, furniture quality and selection is good and the service at this location has always been excellent. They will definitely have my business again!
Purchased couch/loveseat set in Sept. 2016. In December 2016 spring came loose in seat of loveseat. Called, took three weeks for serviceman to come and inspect. At time of inspection, serviceman said could not fix. I had to call to see what they planned to do. Said they had to order to "repair". Would take 4 weeks to get replacement part. That's a total of 7 weeks downtime on a 1500.00 purchase. Asked to speak to a supervisor at home office. Said it would take 24 hours for a return call. Service is not what I expected.
