I wish I would had read these reviews before going to this location. POOR customer service. This store needs to be closed down. I went into the store on 10/20/2016 to purchase a washer/dryer king size bed and mattress. I just moved to the Mcdonough area from California and need all furniture. Worst customer service. I ordered a table that came in broke 2 times. Told they would deliver on Wednesday no phone call I called them and was told delivery was changed to Saturday. Waited all day Saturday and again I call them to be told Wednesday to change to Saturday again, I canceled and refunded my order. Went to Ashley furniture love my new table and delivered on the day agreed to. Worst service and management around

bought over 4,000.00 dollars furniture, but when I tried to turn back a char I had 10 days over policy they said no. they were told it was not comfortable it made no difference al though we never used it. all we wanted to do was take chair back , pick out a different style leather not fabric. and buy a new stove, and in a few weeks a bedroom set. we have been paying our bill down buy paying 300.00 a week. we will never go back-or recommend any of our friends to shop there again...

Associate sold me debt protection at the store by telling me the incorrect price. Took over four months to get the charges taken off. I paid off the furniture except for $89 which would have been what the dept protection was. My math was off by $10 so now I am stuck with a $50 bill for something I paid off two months ago!

I wish I could choose zero stars. These people are rude and deceitful. Go if you want but you've been cautioned. They delivered broken and ripped furniture and charged us a delivery fee. We had purchased the warranty and were then told that they couldn't fix it and needed to pick a different set (more expensive). We ended up sending it back and they charged us 64.95 for delivery. They refused to refund it and never sent us our deposit. They never return calls.
