No wonder they're going out of business. Lady working was sitting in a chair playing on her phone. She yelled out "Prices aren't right. Owner decided to go back up to 60-80% off instead of 70-90%. So everything you're looking at is higher than it says." Signs on the outside of the building still say 70-90%. Asked about a sofa priced at $849 on the tag. She said "yeah the owner decided for it to go back up so it's over $1100." We said no and she just said yeah and walked off. She couldn't possibly have cared less. False adver... read more

They do not stand behind their furniture. We purchased a couch and the extended warranty on it. The recliners messed up on one side and they came out to look at it and never got down to look at it but said it was not covered. The tech never actually go down on the floor to look under it. He looked at it standing up with my husband sitting on it. They never contacted us back either by email or phone to let us know they denied the claim. We will not buy from them again since customer service is supposed to be your #1 concern b... read more
