This store is great! They go above and beyond and the quality of the furniture is excellent. Credit is easy to acquire.

I went into this store on a Saturday afternoon. I was greeted by a very nice, helpful man, whom I feel went above and beyond to assist me in any way he could. The staff all seemed very helpful. I understand the store being closed on Sundays, since I myself go to church on Sundays and spend this time with my family. There is a great selection of furniture and very competitive pricing, with all their furniture being backed up with a warranty!!
I went in this store with a pre-approval credit account, at the time, I had every intention of utilizing this account. I walk in the store- and for the first time in my life was completly ignored. The staff were all behind the desk, and acted agitated when I finally asked for assistance. At this point, I chose to leave the store. A representative contacted me a few weeks later and informed me that if I did not use the credit account, it would be closed. I let her know what happened, she acted indifferent as well. You are so right! I have tried for a week to catch them open and I was going to go today after church but they close on Sunday! I guess they expect us to take a day off work to go in, not with their prices!
They are only open til 7 at night. That makes it nearly impossible for working people to go by. And they are closed on Sunday. Saturdays 10 - 5. Very limited. Flyer specials look interesting but I cant seem to find a time to go by. This really stinks!!
