Associate sold me debt protection at the store by telling me the incorrect price. Took over four months to get the charges taken off. I paid off the furniture except for $89 which would have been what the dept protection was. My math was off by $10 so now I am stuck with a $50 bill for something I paid off two months ago!

My dad purchased a lift chair from them about 10 yrs ago and about a week ago the remote no longer worked. Babcock no longer sells this brand. He was given another remote that matched the plug to his remote. The gentleman was the manager and would not accept any pay for it. He seemed excited about all of the new changes he was making to the store. He was so nice and he is a true asset to this company.

my daughter bought a matress set from this store and when she picked it up it was near closing time. They put the mattresses in her truck, closed the store and left!!...she was a single female in her 20's and they didn't take the time to help her tie it down or make sure it wasn't going to blow out on her way home. She had a 25 mile trip to get the mattresses to her house. If you're asking me their customer service needs a lot of improving!! I won't recommend them to anyone anytime soon...
