I have had the worse experience. I called to complain that one of the reclining parts of my couch and lovesuit went bad. This was mid December. We never heard back. So I called again. A guy came a looked at it by then the stuffing was coming out and another recliner went out. We gave them 6 weeks. We then stopped in the store and was told the part was on order.
