Honestly, I wouldnt even give them one star but you have to pick something! I recently purchased an entire bedroom set, bed frame and extras from here and paid for set-up/delivery. I had to supply the delivery guys the tools to assemble my furniture. After they left I was checking it out and saw that the bed frame was assembled incorrectly, one of the dresser drawers was broken and they stripped a screw in a different drawer and didnt even have the nerve to let me know before they left. Badcock Home Furniture I have gone to this store and purchased a lounge chair. The salesperson was very friendly, and had a lot of patience - while I browsed the store, looking for the exact chair of choice. They were able to offer me a discount on the chair of choice, as well. I felt very comfortable shopping there, and would recommend the store for anyone who, may want help, but doesn't want to feel forced or pushed into a sale! They were really good at letting me take my time, and browse.
