Honestly, I wouldnt even give them one star but you have to pick something! I recently purchased an entire bedroom set, bed frame and extras from here and paid for set-up/delivery. I had to supply the delivery guys the tools to assemble my furniture. After they left I was checking it out and saw that the bed frame was assembled incorrectly, one of the dresser drawers was broken and they stripped a screw in a different drawer and didnt even have the nerve to let me know before they left.
