Ordered a coil for a vanguard engine on June 29th. It was supposed to arrive by July 7th. When the part didn't arrive, I reach out to the company to find out it was back ordered and it was a nationwide shortage of this part. I asked if I should look to purchase this item somewhere else and was told that was fine but to make sure they had it in stock. Called to get a couple idler pulleys on the mz magnum deck.. they don’t have them in stock.. I said ok thanks.. called back and asked if I could get just get the oem part numbers for time being so I could rush order them.. guy tells me I’m not gonna do all the work if you’re not gonna buy from us .. I need the parts now .. I’ve already bought one mower from them.. I’ll take my business elsewhere .
