Been a patient all my life, love Badawi the 1 start is for the receptionist . No one answers the phone or you leave a message you literally have to follow up two weeks later and leave ANOTHER voicemail . Also they don’t actually listen to your reasoning as to why the appt was made . Told them I needed my IUD taken out and he’s done it before but that clinic didn’t have the proper tool to do it yet fail to mention they didn’t have it so wasted an hour of my time .
