Couldn’t have more positive feedback on this place. The coaches are kind, firm and extremely motivating. I’m still new to joining but have noticed my drive to show up more for myself every week. With all the support this place offers, I was pleasantly surprised on how affordable it was to join. If you are thinking of getting back into the gym or are just a beginner, I highly suggest giving badAsh a chance. You won’t regret it.
Love BadAsh! Great workout with individualized programming! She creates the best combination of moves for my particular needs with my body. I am so much stronger and so much more aware of my body's movement. I am always so excited for workout! In addition, she has two wonderful helper dogs that always makes me smile. I highly recommend this gym for anyone looking to get moving, get stronger and enjoy the process! Ashley and the other coaches take the time to understand your individual needs and ensure that the programming aligns with those needs whether you are recovery from an injury or aiming to achieving a personal goal.
I joined BadAsh Athletics after being sedentary for years. What I found exceeded my expectations! The coaches are all conscious of any limitations, and create fun workouts that help with my functional fitness. Each workout is challenging yet not unattainable. The sense of community is what keeps me coming back, inspires me and leaves me looking forward to each session.
Great place with knowledgeable trainers and a great community. I've gotten so much stronger and mobile with the workouts. I actually look forward to working out again. Can't recommend enough.
