Our 2018 f150 platinum truck had transmission issues. Victor identified the issues, worked with Liz, and luckily we had purchased an extended warranty when we purchased the truck on 2018. That warranty covered a rebuilt transmission and all costs associated with that. Liz and Victor worked with the warranty people so well. They kept us updated on the status of repairs regularly. They took me the same day which was nice but it took a while and I had a coupon that didn’t expire however a newer one came out so they made me pay more money for the newer coupon. Also they didn’t put air in my tires after my oil change which places normally do for me without them asking so my tires were still low pressure. I had to do it myself after
