I'm sure there will be a generic response to my one star. I can tell you the communication is horrible. I emailed my concerns and got a generic response. I was treated with hostility immediately from the staff member I had today at my appointment. If you have anxiety, if it is from a traumatic event or just dental anxiety, they do not care. Always on time and fast appointments, great staff and comfortable atmosphere. Round one ended yesterday with braces off. Looking forward to the next steps for my son!
