They say it’s a 20 year warranty on kitchen sinks and are scratch resistant but that’s false advertising, they do scratch from normal use with safe products like Morning Fresh then when you try to lodge a claim they tell you it’s your fault from using your sinks like a normal person does. The warranty is clearly not 20 years and the scratch resistant sinks advertising is false. I’m lodging a complaint with Fair Trading.
Bought all my stuff from a store in Campbelltown as my brother also did and can’t fault these guys. Really love my tapware and showers and the diverter is crazy it actually allows for both the shower and hand held to run at the same time so iv never seen that love it.

Buyer beware, as others said it’s cheap Chinese junk with many faults. It wasn’t priced at the bottom of the market, but if you want cheap plumbing products and shower accessories just go get the Bunnings brands, at least you will have spares support and easy warranty. Bought a lot of their stuff, from shower heads, mixer taps, towel rails and more. This is what we have experienced in the 3 years of ownership. 1.
