Bad to the Bone Barbecue was started in 2003 by the father and son team of Mack and Brian Cobbs. For many years, they cooked BBQ roadside with two old 55 gallon drums for church functions. BBQ was always a significant part of Mack's southern roots and he passed that same interest on to his son. All throughout Brian's high school years, BBQ was a big part of his life.

AH-MAY-ZING – My family & I tried it for the first time tonight & I have to say this is the best bbq I have ever had..I live in Williamson so its a short drive for me but it is sooo worth the drive no matter where you live..it is a MUST..LOVED the pulled pork & the ribs. Fantastic BBQ! – Bad to the Bone won 1st place at ROC City RibFest and deservedly so! It was distinctive, delicious BBQ. Customer service was friendly, polite, and reasonably timed. We tried the ribs, chicken, and pulled pork. Wish I'd bought take-out it was that good. Can't wait to get to Williamson to try some more!
Best New BBQ!!!!!!!!!! – If you're looking for the best BBQ in Rochester you have to stop by Bad to the Bone. There is NOTHING like it. The quality of meat is top notch, and always moist.
