I would strongly recommend this company for your electrical needs. Based on other reviews i found online, i gave them the opportunity to address a few malfunctioning GFI's in my home that were not working properly. The actual diagnosed problem was certainly not what i expected and very likely saved me from a possible electrical fire. Ben and Jaydern were prompt, professional, and efficient and earned my trust.
Two stars rather than one is only because the tech showed up on time for the appointment. I was charged $445 for essentially testing two outlets, no repairs. $165 per hour with a 2-hour minimum, plus $115 service fee. The tech was here for 1 hour. I kept track of the time not knowing what I would be billed. Great service. We had Bad Monkey come out and install an electric car charger install. The quote process was super smooth and they were exactly on time for install. The electricians that did the install were extremely professional and left a great impression. We will continue to use Bad Monkey for all of our electrician needs.
They were great! Highly recommend them! We had Dan and Mike help us and they did a super job and were very kind, considerate and helpful! Steve the owner was very understanding and helpful as well!
