Bad Monkey Electric was great to work with on our recent job. We just needed a ground cable ran from a new gas line to the ground in our panel. Their price was $350 cheaper than what Tim Kyle Electric quoted me before the merger. So I can only hope that their prices stay reasonable after this acquisition.

I was impressed by their response and work, however the invoice was much higher than expected. Specifically the cost of materials. I made several attempts to get a detailed list of materials and costs but never received a response despite multiple phone calls and emails. Disappointed in the cost and customer service.

I would strongly recommend this company for your electrical needs. Based on other reviews i found online, i gave them the opportunity to address a few malfunctioning GFI's in my home that were not working properly. The actual diagnosed problem was certainly not what i expected and very likely saved me from a possible electrical fire. Ben and Jaydern were prompt, professional, and efficient and earned my trust.

Two stars rather than one is only because the tech showed up on time for the appointment. I was charged $445 for essentially testing two outlets, no repairs. $165 per hour with a 2-hour minimum, plus $115 service fee. The tech was here for 1 hour. I kept track of the time not knowing what I would be billed. Then when I complained by email about the cost, The office manager wrote back with a breakdown of it and also said I should have been told this when booking the appointment. I was not told! Great service. We had Bad Monkey come out and install an electric car charger install. The quote process was super smooth and they were exactly on time for install. The electricians that did the install were extremely professional and left a great impression. We will continue to use Bad Monkey for all of our electrician needs.
