I took my son in to get his ears pierced. While talking to the piercing artist (tad) I told him that I had an allergy to chrome and could the get non stainless steel tattoo needles (gold plated, silver plated, titanium) he then informed me that HIS stainless steel didnt have chrome! (Dude! All stainless steel contains chromium, that's what makes it stainless!) I went to see Mitch here. He made me wait over an hour past my scheduled appointment. But he was funny and the appointment went well. I had minimal redness, pain, dryness or peeling on my tattoo which is/WAS on my foot. A month later, I took off my sock and a piece of the tattoo had disappeared. The rest of it washed off in a bath!!! When I contacted the shop they made it seem like no big deal and said they would retouch it. They couldn't understand my anger over the issue.
