Really disappointed. We had an appointment scheduled to have my windows tinted and when we arrived were told that the guy who does the tinting isn't there. We live 40 minutes away from the shop and would have appreciated a call instead of driving all the way over to find out it cannot be done. We've had really good experiences with them in the past with tinting and undercoating and are disappointed that 5 minutes couldn't be spared on their part to call and reschedule instead of wasting our time
