We were towed by them. They even gave us a ride home. What a blessing.
Two wonderful gentlemen just attempted to move my very large Ram 5500 truck to the Dodge dealer for repairs. There were given incorrect information from RAM about our truck size and therefore tried very hard to put the truck on their flatbed but were unable to. Company sold me a vehicle that was full of half a** repairs. Couldn't believe the amount of lies they told. I am now 5k into repairs on a vehicle that was supposed to be safe for the family. Was it? no!!!! Any good review I'm convinced was bought or given falsely by a friend of the company. 100% steer clear of this company. And if you bought a vehicle or had them work on your I'd be surprised if you could steer at all!!!
I had an appointment to get my snow tires swapped out. I called an hour beforehand to confirm the appointment and found out they were moving it to a different time but didn't bother to call and let me know. Very unprofessional!
Wow what great service! Roshawn was a pleasure to work with. They did great work and the pricing was extremely fair. Hard to say that about too many automotive repair businesses . It reminds me of a hometown automotive shop from when I was growing up. I highly recommend using their services.
