First class service. I received a reply to the voice message I left with in an hour (on a Saturday). The guys turned up later that afternoon to carry out an inspection. A work plan and quote was supplied prior to the guys carrying out the work. They returned a week later for a final inspection prior to completing the work.
I had a raccoon and her babies in my attic and I was pretty stressed about the situation. Stu responded quickly and handled everything professionally from start to finish. They safely removed the babies and made sure the mother could relocate them. Stu checked for entry points and secured the area to prevent future issues. Overall excellent service, knowledgeable, respectful and effective. I would definitely recommend Bad Company to anyone dealing with wildlife issues.
