I had to have my car towed late last night. I went thru my insurance company. Victor from Bad Boys called me right away with eta and to verify my exact location. I was scared because one side of me was fast traffic and the other side some dodgey characters. He gave me safety tips and calmed me down. When he arrived he could not have been more pleasant, efficient and professional. He texted me that my car was dropped off at the shop safely, made sure the vehicle was secured & send me a picture. I can't say why there are negative reviews, but my experience was excellent. I was stranded at Walmart with a flat tire on my RV. I called at 7:30 on a Sunday morning, and was told he would be there at 10. He showed up right at 10 and I was on my way by 11. Very reasonable price for emergency roadside service!

I would actually like to give 0 stars. Driver almost crashed into several cars and road raged at us. Do not recommend. Trash business and trash people.
