Our family has enjoyed the 2+ years of owning a Bad Boy Mower. I had a malfunctioning latch on the bagger attachment. I sent a email and pictures to Zach to order a new one. He responded right away with a replacement part free of charge in the mail with no questions asked. Very thankful for their commitment to standing behind their products after the sale.
