Staff was very knowledgeable & polite.
Only " bad " thing about this company is the drivers for thr company inability to use their turn signals at a yield intersection in front of a truck driver. Almost causing an accident. Who you hire tells a lot about your company. So when employees can't follow basic driving principles they must slack off in other areas as well
Awesome experience! Salesman was cool and knowledgeable. The process was smooth and he took his time to explain things to us. I also loved that my daughter had 2 sweeties to have a little playdate with so I didn't have to worry about keeping her occupied while handling business.
I have to say if I ran my business like them, I would not have any customers. I've been calling all week to see if my parts are in they told me it would be and I left messages and no one has returned my call. now my grass is almost a foot tall another weekend I can't finish mowing. The fat boy mowers of Quincy gets this I hope you will call and let me know if my parts are in.
