No Contact after order still waiting for 3 months parts to be sent. Will not reply to emails or phone calls. Buyers beware
Paid for a product and have been waiting for over a month without it being sent, no replies to emails or their FB messages either. Would not recommend
Worst service ever.... ordered parts off their website that they said were instock.....played for express postage.... waited 2 weeks, called them about 20 times with no answer.... finally got through and was told the problem would be followed up and they would get back to me before the day ended.... This has now happened about 7 times and haven't once had a reply.... bloody pathetic.... Would not recommend at all
Have waited since 4 March for my extended cables for my vstar is now May 19 with no word despite calls and numerous emails and registering a dispute 3 weeks ago beware
