I have never encountered such rude people in my life. I was not told i was taken off as a co signer and when i called to ask for an email verifying for my records the woman was extremely disrespectful and hung up on me

I’m not sure why the reviews are so low but I took a chance bonding a family member out. Thank you so much to this company they had great communication and got my family member out within a hour. Can’t thank you enough!

Chad had no issue taking my money I’m glad I recorded all my phone calls because they stopped sending check in links and today they verified the phone number but they surrendered the bond and then proceeded to fix their wrong doing after my finance was arrested said they weren’t going to call it’s not their job yet WE PUT REFERENCES FOR A REASON! Wife spoke with someone there and she were very rude and hung up in her face while she was talking. Then the kid she is trying to help is 17 and has a job at sonic and the lady told my wife that sonic was not a good job and that wouldn't work. So I would never refer this bond company to anyone for her to say something about sonic not being a good job shows a type of bias towards this young man's job. This lady definitely needs to to learn some respect for people. She was VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
