Great customer service and good range of products! Jonathan was very accommodating and professional from the moment we stepped into the store. He answered all our questions about the products. Unfortunately the pillow I wanted was not in stock and he made the effort to reach out to me after finding this out and provide a solution. Thank you for the wonderful experience, Jonathan! Great product range and after-sales support!
I recently received a Serola Belt from this company for Sacroiliac Joint function, and the product and their service was excellent. I requested that the delivery be made if I wasn’t not home, as delivery to a post office would have increased the time to receive my brace significantly. The person assisting me made every effort to ensure this was done, and I received the brace in 3 days with no problems whatsoever. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
Good range and great staff! I've tried a couple of chair shops and Bad Backs had by far the best staff, very knowledgeable and ready to help. Highly recommended!
