The BEST fitness group classes in NYC! 💪🏽 Challenging for all fitness levels, amazing coaches, and a supportive, high-energy community that truly pushes you to grow. LOVE IT. This is the environment where you outgrow your old version and become stronger, fitter, and more confident. Anthony, the owner, is incredible, he makes sure everyone feels comfortable, especially when you’re just starting.

I genuinely thought I was going to die today. And I mean that in the best way possible. First boxing class- sweat pouring into my eyes, lungs on fire, legs completely done. At some point my brain just accepted it and turned off. But here's the thing: the trainer Chiara never let me fall apart and kept it safe. That balance is rare and you can feel it immediately. Bad Ass Academy has become my sanctuary. There’s something special about the energy, the instructors are next level, the community is tight, and the dedication you feel walking in the door is unmatched. It’s the one thing I need to kick off my day right (shoutout to the 6 AM crew—you know who you are). I’ve never felt stronger or more confident in my life, both physically and mentally. If you’re on the fence, just try it once, but I’m warning you, you’ll get hooked fast.
