Don't be intimidated by the buff members who clearly always get best results . No egos no judgement. This is the place where moms can get their body back and sanity after babies too . I genuinely thought I was going to die today. And I mean that in the best way possible. First boxing class- sweat pouring into my eyes, lungs on fire, legs completely done. At some point my brain just accepted it and turned off. But here's the thing: the trainer Chiara never let me fall apart and kept it safe. That balance is rare and you can feel it immediately. Bad Ass Academy has become my sanctuary. There’s something special about the energy, the instructors are next level, the community is tight, and the dedication you feel walking in the door is unmatched. It’s the one thing I need to kick off my day right (shoutout to the 6 AM crew—you know who you are). I’ve never felt stronger or more confident in my life, both physically and mentally. If you’re on the fence, just try it once, but I’m warning you, you’ll get hooked fast.

An absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome and comfortable. The instructors are all incredibly nice, knowledgeable and always willing to help. The flexibility of class schedule and variety of classes makes it easy to stay consistent no matter how busy life gets. I love Bad Ass academy and highly recommend.
