The best thing about this place is they'll do many basic repairs right in front of you if you'd like. I think other certified shops like apple or best buy don't feel confident enough with their technicians to do this, so they'll try to hide their mistakes. I'm fine with mistakes, it's more important how a place deals with them. Second best thing is their prices are reasonable. went there thinking it was the end for my phone, turns out it was a quick fix. Dan is an amazing man, he helped me get a battery into my phone even when they didn’t have one at that location. he was so extremely helpful, i wish my phone had more issues so i could keep seeing him. highly recommend!!!

Amazing staff, I had a device with major issues and they let me know about everything wrong with it. Unfortunately fixing it was outside my budget (mostly because it was the same price as buying a new one) but they were nice and didn't just string me along to make money. If you need something repaired I highly recommend them.
