This place was s great I was in and out in no time problem solved these guys are great
The people here are truly helpful and focused on customer value. I took in an iphone on the fritz that ultimately couldn’t be salvaged. The person that helped me ran it through a series of tests without charge to attempt to resuscitate it, and when it became clear it was probably a hardware issue helped me understand the potential costs and outcomes. Best phone repair shop in town! I called every highly rated phone repair shop in the area about my phone's broken charging port. Every other store immediately recommended a full replacement, costing around $100 as well as citing much longer service times. Bad Apple however, offered to clean my charging port for free and only if it did not work would they replace it for $80. He solved our phone problem even though it was close to closing, then he stayed late with us after closing, I will come here for every phone need I ever have.
Alley and Steve were great! They helped me replace my battery and a non functional totally green screen after I dropped it. Alley specifically showed me why I should replace my battery and explained the work she had done on my phone which gave me confidence that the service provided was honest and not some kind of upsell. Super recommend this shop I will be coming back if I need anything else
