Dan from Bactronix is very well educated and happy to answer any questions you may have regarding mold. Dan also was able to complete my mold remediation immediately which was critical in order for me to move into my new home! We read the other reviews and we decided to book based off of them, however our experience was very different. First I will say that the mold was removed and Dan appeared to do a good job with that. Our biggest complaint was communication. We had taken a day off of work to be there for it to be done and when I texted to confirm our appointment he canceled 5 minutes prior to his arrival time. We had an issue with some mold in our basement. I contacted Dan and he was out to our home in less than an hour, treated the problem & was wonderful to deal with. Dan and his staff are exceptional, I would highly recommend Bactronix of Ohio!
