We read the other reviews and we decided to book based off of them, however our experience was very different. First I will say that the mold was removed and Dan appeared to do a good job with that. Our biggest complaint was communication. We had taken a day off of work to be there for it to be done and when I texted to confirm our appointment he canceled 5 minutes prior to his arrival time.
