Vince was so helpful by explaining to me everything he was doing. He explained the process and how it works to keep mold away. He was very tidy as well. I am pleased with the entire job. Additionally, I had my heating ducts cleaned by Glenn and Gino. They did an awesome job! They explained in detail what would be done, and they were very careful as they moved around the house cleaning out all the vents. They were also very tidy. I highly recommend everyone of these great people.
We recently had Bactronix do our house. Great service. The team (Masson, Jacob and Frank) arrived on time, courteous, very professional and great service.
Update August 2025: Bactronix continues to crush it and delivers an exceptional product and service. Recently, Cody and Jared remediated mold at my mother’s home. Masson, Brendon, and Devin were fantastic! They were very pleasant, professional, and efficient. They kept us updated during the whole duct cleaning process and showed us real time photos of what the ducts looked like before and after. 10/10 would recommend this company because of these gentlemen.
I had my vents cleaned and Glenn and Gino were the greatest. Cleaned up after themselves and were courteous and pleasant.
