We recently had our air ducts cleaned and we were very pleased with the process, the techs (Donte and Jeremiah), and the results. The quoted price was what we paid, so no hidden fees or charges. The techs were very friendly and explained each step of the process. Our vents are probably cleaner than they have ever been since moving into our home 13 years ago and just after a few days, we can tell a difference in the air quality. Would highly recommend Bactronix and would definitely use them again in the future.

A year and a half ago our ductwork was cleaned by Bactronix and the employee told me that they can install a filter on the heating/AC unit to help reduce the dust in our home. He said that it was good for asthma sufferers and that Medicare can help pay a portion of the cost of the filter, which was $750. WRONG ! I submitted the necessary paperwork to Medicare and was denied. I have not seen a reduction in the amount of dust in our house , and my husband saw the same filter on Amazon for more than half of the price of the sam... read more
