Joel and Gino arrived on time and went straight to work. Gino asked if he could remove certain vents that painted shut, instead of just removing without my knowledge or permission. Both men were pleasant and professional with a completion time of 2 hours. I would hire Bactronix again if needed.
My mother used your services and the entire team was on time, cordial, efficient, and did a great job and effectively treated the home, disinfecting it as needed. We were very pleased that Marcus, Ryan, Corey, Colton and Vince could assist us. They were especially attentive to our questions and comments and provided us with excellent service. Thank you for hiring this team of workmen that seek to do right by your customers and you!
A little pricey, but worth it given the level of service provided. All ducts and returns cleaned and disinfected, including covers throughout the house (and it had been a long time since the last cleaning). Technicians (Bob and Frank) were very professional and conscientious, while also being very personable.
Bactronix came out to our home to do a mold remediation of our finished basement. Matt and Jordan did an excellent job; they were thorough and went above and beyond the scope of the project. We are very pleased and would highly recommend them and Bactronix for any mold issues.
I had a very positive experience, Joel and Brandonwhere very professional at all times they took their time and did an excellent job. They cleaned up everything before they left. and I would definitely hire them again
