My experience with them has been nothing but a nightmare. They have been lying from start til now for me to still not be able to get my car repaired. They now owe me a refund that they agreed to and wrote out by a certain date and that date has come and gone. My honest opinion and thoughts about this place is crooks and taking advantage of people's insurance policy.
