Sales person was informative and delivery was smooth and the were very careful
My mom purchased a chair from this store. The delivery drivers asked her outright for a tip, and when asked about a return policy, they said it was management discretion, no posted or actual policy. The chair in question was $1700, and the return was requested less than a month from purchase. We won’t be back, and will be making sure that everyone we know knows how terrible this place is. There is no return policy on the receipt.
They were here on time very polite and set up was very easy
