The repair technician was very knowledgeable and professional. The wrong part was ordered for our Repair. He went above and beyond to make sure the couch was actually fixed. We never needed the part that was ordered. He opened up the couch, used his knowledge and he found the issue that was going on with the furniture and fixed it would highly recommend him again for any future repairs. he was also able to resolve our issue with two cushions that were sagging. Definitely five star servers from him
