Carol is very pleasant and polite to speak with,. Jeremy has plowed my street (Robin Lane Cul-de-sac) several times with professional.presion. Love this outfit.
Apparently, this company has grown too big and too busy to help old customers expediently. If you want any snow plowing done, you better book well in advance of your needs. The days of Charlie Bacon plowing and his wife taking the calls and doing the billing are long gone. I guess I'm just an old lady missing that personal touch.
