We had 2 residential glass panes replaced by Bacon Van Buskirk. They ordered the wrong size glass, then did a very poor installation, and also damaged one of our other window frames during the installation process. We have tried to resolve the problem now for nearly 3 months. It is now to the point that they will not return our phone calls. Very poor experience from such a ‘reputable’ company.
So glad to have a place like this in town. Bacon’s has done several custom glass projects for our family and we have never been disappointed. The friendliest, most willing to help staff. And I’m convinced they can make anything. Thanks guys!
