tERRIBLE SERVICE. mY ac UNIT WENT OUT AT 5:00PM. i CALLED bACON AT 8:15 PM AND THEY SAID THEY OFFERED 24 HOUR SERVICE. tHE DISPATCHER STATED THEY HAD SOME ONE WORKING IN wILLIS pOINT AND THAT HE WAS GOING TO COME TO US AFTER HIS CALL. tHE bACON PERSON FINALLY CALLED ME BACK AT 10:00PM AND THAT HE COULD BE AT MY HOUSE IN 0NE TO TWO HOURS. wE TOLD HIM TO FORGET HIS CALL TO US AS IT WAS WAY TOO LATE. eVERYBODY DOES NOT LOVE bACON LIKE THEIR AD SAYS ON TV. bOB mEWHINNEY lONE oAK
