We had an extremely frustrating experience with this company. After our hot tub stopped working, they initially informed us that the circuit board needed replacement, a costly part at $450. Based on this diagnosis, we ordered the part and were made to wait five weeks for a service appointment. In that time, we even had to cancel bookings with guests due to the delay. We appreciated the time she took when we were deciding upon model, marble design, wood color, features, etc. She kept us up to date on delivery status. We now enjoy the sunrise in the morning & the starts at night, by our hot tub. The water light show & fountain feature is very relaxing when sitting on the patio in the evening. The two young ladies that work here are both very kind and are willing to teach! My family is new to the pool world and needed some help, both young ladies I spoke to were so kind, understanding and were willing to walk us through everything we needed. The best part is the prices are very reasonable and they didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. The one even suggested smaller packages because we didn't need the larger ones. 100% will be coming back!
