I don’t know what everyone is talking about in their 1 star reviews. Went in there today to inquire about my first hot tub purchase this coming spring and both the owner and the girl that works there were very helpful and nice. They’ve answered all my questions and were just really nice overall.

It was a pleasure meeting Tom and the crew at Backyard Watercreations. They installed a fabulous new hot tub for my sister and I this past summer. Very helpful knowledgable staff, always ready with questions I have about my hot tub. Thank you!!
Didn't even have the common courtesy to call back or even respond to emails as usual had to find a company out of town who responded promptly. Will definitely be shopping with them for all my pool needs. 0 customer service
