We had an extremely frustrating experience with this company. After our hot tub stopped working, they initially informed us that the circuit board needed replacement, a costly part at $450. Based on this diagnosis, we ordered the part and were made to wait five weeks for a service appointment. In that time, we even had to cancel bookings with guests due to the delay. We appreciated the time she took when we were deciding upon model, marble design, wood color, features, etc. She kept us up to date on delivery status. We now enjoy the sunrise in the morning & the starts at night, by our hot tub. The water light show & fountain feature is very relaxing when sitting on the patio in the evening.
