Dropped my first bobcat off Nov of 2023. Was told would be a year or so to receive it. After several phone calls in Jan of 2025 (none of which were returned) I was told my bobcat has been sitting in a freezer and was never taken to the tannery. Will see if their 3-4 month time-frame to get it now is accurate. Just under $300 spent to have it sit in a freezer for a year.
My husband and I dropped off a buck and doe for processing. We are just now digging into the processing and it is phenomenal. I am amazed at the quality compared to other processors we have taken our deer to. The sausages, both summer and smoked, are full of flavor. We also ordered snack sticks and the kids have already went through most of it. We requested beef in our grind for anything left over and you can't even tell its venison. I dropped my goose off Jan 2 of 2023. They collected final payment March of 2023. Told me it would take 60 days from final payment. I called November of 2023 and was told they lost the paperwork and hadn’t started on the bird. Give them a couple months and they would get it done. I waited until August if 2024 when I spoke to the owner. He told me they dropped the ball and he would be in it and it would get done by opening day if 2024. Still not done.
