We met with Ron Bell ( Ronald Anthony Bell)in early 2024- he wrote up a quote & contract. He asked for $10k up front to start the project- he never showed up- he agreed to return our money- that was several months ago. He never returned our money!!!! He will not call us back . He lives in Gray, Ga & his office is currently in Sharpsburg, ga- but he seems to move his little office around to different locations.
