We met with Ron Bell ( Ronald Anthony Bell)in early 2024- he wrote up a quote & contract. He asked for $10k up front to start the project- he never showed up- he agreed to return our money- that was several months ago. He never returned our money!!!! He will not call us back . He lives in Gray, Ga & his office is currently in Sharpsburg, ga- but he seems to move his little office around to different locations. As for the deck itself, it deserves a 5. However, the customer service followup is lacking in a huge way. We paid in full $11,500.00 in cash for Ron Bell to complete this project. After the deck was completed and we received the first rain we noticed a few leaks. 3 gutters were taken off of that side of our house and only one gutter was replaced.
