Don’t deliver here, first forklift will tell you go around back and park in the middle. Then the next lift driver will wave at you to stop then unload all the trucks behind you because you’re not on the right spot. NO communication

I ordered a shed kit though home depot and apparently they get them though this place. The first one that showed up was damage from what home depot told me I never seen it. I tried to find out if the would be able to ship the replacement out a bit quicker and they don't seem to respond to anyone even home depot. Make sure before you order that its doesn't come from this place.
I purchased a swing set from Costco in early January and was initially very excited—especially when Backyard Products reached out on January 27 to confirm an installation date. The quick turnaround gave me a great first impression. They confirmed a 2/16 installation date via both phone and email, and on 2/15, I received a call confirming an arrival window of 8 a.m.–12 p.m. for the following day.
