Loading time was fast, no problems at all!
Worst company ever. No call no showed my install and then swore that wasn’t true despite my ring camera footage. They blew my outdoor electrical and ended up having to use my inside outlets yet company says I never had to be home (it’s clearly a good thing I was) Manager Samantha Even tried acting like the install was done too fast so I was lying. She needs a job not in customer service. Never use this company you’ll likely regret it. Check their BBB rating, its an F
COSTCO BUYERS BEWARE - IMPORTANT NOTE ON INSTALLATION I ordered a very expensive yardistry pavilion from Costco. The Pavilion originally came with "free installation" which is actually something I wanted to decline as I plan on using my own contractor to install the pavilion with modifications (electric, lighting, etc). Long story short - after countless calls with both Costco and Backyard Storage, waiving the free installation is something you actually CANNOT DO.
