A bit of advice to anyone who is looking for a place to purchase their pool, hot tub, barbeque or any summer "fun" item from. Look no further...Backyard Staycations is the place you should buy from. Why? Because this is one place that prides itself on helping their customers. In today's world, where do you get that? Almost nowhere. Numbers didn't match up between the pitch for the pool closing and the charge. The two that came out to close the pool were great. I was pitched 275 and was charged 438. Was also told they'd call me before they charged my card but didn't. Was never told they have all these add ons to the bill, if they're there more than an hour they charge 200 something an hour, they said they bring the antifreeze but failed to mention it's not included, I knew of 2 of the 3 things that were added for parts which I did expect to get charged ... read more
