I had a very fluid and somewhat complicated scenario, and Wayne was there every step of the way. He always answered the phone, was never too busy to help, and resolved every issue.
Great place to store your stuff.
First, Wayne is a phenomenal manager and makes the rental process SO easy! He's amazing and VERY responsive to his customers. Second, the units are clean, well lit, secure, and affordable. Will definitely be back when it's time to store some more!
Ive been a storage customer for about 6 yrs at this place ( maybe longer). This is one of the best places that I have rented from. Sizes ranging from small to very large units at a good price. Very clean, management is awesome. Could not have asked for better service. Thank you again backyard storage for the great years. 👍
We needed a unit while we were building. One unit turned into two. Wayne was great to work with! We drove past at least a dozen storage facilities to get to Backyard Storage and the drive was worth it!! Excellent renting experience!
