Really rude and unprofessional.
Worst service, communication, and every excuse in the book for missing appointments. This month they even skipped a week and billed me for it! They said there was a dog in the back yard, so they left. A 10 month old lab puppy was back there, and all they had to do was knock on the door and the dog would have been taken in. His excuses are he was short staffed, he had COVID, couldn’t get by our house because they were too busy. He is one of these guys that wants your money but does not want to work for it. This pool Company Is awesome. I hired them 6 months ago .And I have no complaints at all . They keep my pool looking crystal clear . Week to week .They are by far the best Pool company out in my area .
