Excellent personalized, experienced service! Bill and his team do amazing work, my backyard is truly a retreat and all customized to my needs and wants. No obstacle was too difficult for Backyard Retreats. They do everything you ask, in a timely professional manner. I highly recommend Backyard Retreats and I love my patio!!
Our new home came with a fairly small, covered patio, We decided to extend it using the paver approach. A few days after we contacted Backyard Retreats, Don Hill came by and met with us. One week later we had our 10 X 15 paved patio. This was a relatively small job for Backyard Retreats. There was no cover or kitchen; just pavers. The work was subcontracted out but it was clear, from the way the crew worked, that they were experienced and efficient. Great Job!
Wonderful Work After getting several bids, we hired backyard retreat to build a covered patio with an outdoor kitchen. From the beginning of the process all the way to completion, Bill explained each step very throughly. The crews that came out were all very professional and very friendly. The covered patio and kitchen far exceeded any of our expectations. We couldn't be more please with Bill and all of his crews. Will always use Backyard Retreats for any of my outdoor projects

Subpar Quality Don't use this company unless you want headache after headache. I had a covered patio built and it was promised to be completed in 2 months. One month for HOA and permits. Then one month for work. It took over 3 months to complete. The guy running the crew only came onto the site a few times mainly to get money. No one supervises the multiple crews that end up coming out. If your not watching the work as it go's a lot of mistakes will be made because they do the minimum quality.
