I originally decided to go to Backyard Retreats due to their excellent google reviews and STILL they exceeded my expectations. Logan was super knowledgeable and really ensured that I went with the right hot tub for our family's needs. Even after the delivery, they have been checking in to see if I have questions, need help etc. A+++++ and so happy I chose them for my second tub. They far exceeded my first hot tub buying experience (somewhere else lol) THANK YOU LOGAN AND TEAM!
After shopping around we went with a Canadian made Hyrdropool from Backyard Retreat. Why? Great service from Nick and his team at the store. Fair pricing and good promotions. Excellent follow through and communications with the sale and delivery. Just a very pleasant experience all around. I recommend them wholeheartedly. My only concern is Nick, the owner, is a Miami Dolphins fan. But he made up for that in other ways. Good job Backyard Retreat!
Nick is the man if your looking for a hot tub , great guy , staff was amazing, had the tub up and running in our backyard in a couple days from purchase date , Highly recommended these guys
Bjørn from backyard retreat was great from start to finish purchase a Hydro pool hot tub. From knowledge and service everything in between. Follow up with delivery service and everything couldn’t ask for anything more. Family run business done the right way.
A very big thank you to Bjorn, Tyler and the rest of the Backyard Retreat crew for a very easy positive experience from start to finish. The price of the tub was extremely competitive and the delivery and installation process was very well-executed in spite of the fact that it required a crane to pull off!!! They have also been very responsive to my questions throughout and quickly serviced the unit when it required a little extra TLC.
