Highly recommend! We had been researching and shopping around looking for a swimspa, for a couple year's and Bacyard Retreat in Oakville On. Checked all the boxes. From the friendly, knowledgeable staff at their well setup showroom. To the electrical, delivery and set up on site. All questions and concerns honestly answered. We had a leak on one of our lines and had zero issues calling for support and within a couple days a technician came and 100% resolved our issue. Very well managed. Happy Customer
Hi, this is Peter Camm, and I would like to post a couple of pictures of my hot tub. We purchased a Hot Tub from Backyard Retreat for our beach house we were building on an out island in the Bahamas. Hot tub needs a new pump in sub 3 years. Out of warranty, out of luck. While $100 off chems is nice…I just would expect a $20K hot tub to not break. Crappy quality..service response is slow and pointless…tried for 2+ months to get them to do the right thing and stand behind product…nope. I’m going back to Jaccuzzi. Buyer Beware.
We purchased our hot tub from backyard retreat and the experience was phenomenal. Excellent service, knowledge, and friendly environment. Nick helped us pick the best hot tub based on our needs and ensured all of our questions were answered. Even after delivery he was in touch with us to ensure everything went well. The deal offered was very competitive, the delivery went flawless and included the removal of my old hot tub. Highly recommended Backyard Retreat to anyone in the market for a hot tub or a swim spa.
