We are pleased with the results of thelandscaping at our new home completed by Backyard Reflections of Nisswa. Their efforts to complete the project before freezing temperatures required some extra shuffling of resources. This effort was successful. The work was undertaken late in the season requiring Backyard Reflections to return in the spring. We expect that the final product will be completed as efficiently as the initial work and we are looking forward to enjoying the beautiful finished landscape.
We retained Backyard Reflections to create a patio outside our walkout basement under our deck with a fire pit down slightly towards the lakefront. The design was just what we envisioned and the finished product was even better. Mike and Jamie were professional and responsive as we went through the design phase. Jody and Ryan were also professional and responsive in answering our questions and keeping us apprised of what was happening each day. Backyard planned and executed beautiful landscaping for our cabin remodel. The onsite work crews were helpful and knowledgeable.
Our experience with Backyard Reflections was wonderful. Their office staff was knowledgeable and their crew was efficient and hard working. Communication was easy and they were very responsive. They finished before our deadline and transformed the property. We look forward to using them more in the future for more projects on our property!
