The stories are true, the companies response is not. Wanted to follow up on my husbands post and the lack of professionalism and blatant misrepresentation of information and the events that occurred. Poor communication and customer service
I want to start by saying 3 years and no actual follow up, solution, or communication from company. Last correspondence was a year ago when a "soil sample" was taken, ghosted. Every step of the way I expressed concerns with the lack of leveling, soil, and seed. Every area, every year from the beginning has not produced because the full service required was never provided. We have used Backyard Reflections for two separate landscape projects at our cabin and in both cases they did an excellent job. What I most appreciated was the timely communication from Anthony and the professional work from our foreman Blake.
Backyard Reflections refreshed our discolored rocks, unevenly settled, weedy garden beds with river rock. They also added flagstone as a base for a glider, which is beautiful. The crew was efficient, competent and personable. I highly recommend them!
